Free Child ID Event

Join Apple Federal Credit Union and the Fairfax County Sherriff’s office to get your child’s FREE ID card, June 23rd from 3pm – 5pm.

Sheriff’s Deputies and volunteer Reserve Deputies will fingerprint, photograph and measure each child; add any demographic information a parent provides; and then produce a plastic ID card for the parents’ safekeeping.

Ideal for children ages 2-14 years old.

To protect the privacy of the family, none of the information is retained by the Sheriff’s Office. This card could be the key to assisting law enforcement agencies if a child goes missing.
